Stories from Parents

"Each and every encounter that I have had with the administration, faculty, staff, and students at ISU has been a very positive and rewarding experience:  from the first tour of the campus; to Freshmen Information Night; to Preview; to our first Family Weekend.  I think the school does an outstanding job of preparing incoming freshmen (and their parents!) for life at ISU."

-- Betty Dortch, Collinsville

Parents Association

All parents/family members of current Illinois State University students are automatically members of the Parents Association. Members of the Parents Association receive publications and access to the services provided by Parent Services within the Dean of Students Office. In addition, you will be contacted throughout the year in regard to various activities and fundraising events that are coordinated specifically by the Parents Association Board.

Parents Association Mission Statement

The Illinois State University Parents Association enhances the family experience by supporting special events, raising funds for scholarships and grants, and facilitating communication among parents, students, and the University.
