"Joining the Parents Association Board has given me the opportunity to feel more a part of the University. I thoroughly enjoy my experience as a member of the Parents Association Board. At the meetings, I listen to Dr. Bowman tell about what is happening at ISU. I learn about some of the financial concerns, safety practices in place, campus programs, the demolition and building of dorms and new centers. I think it is marvelous that we parents are given these opportunities to know what is going on and to feel like we are an important part of the ISU story. The Parents Association Board is a great team of interested, concerned, and friendly parents of ISU students."
