Two-party checks are also accepted, but only from a parent or guardian. There are ATMs located at Bone Student Center and The Alamo II, as well as at local banks. Check with your bank for off-campus locations.

My student is having a problem with their roommate, who should they contact?
The first person a student should contact if they are having problems is their Resident Assistant (RA). There is one RA responsible for every residence hall floor. If it is an issue that the RA can not resolve, there is a Residence Hall Coordinator (RHC) in every building on campus. The RHC is a professional staff member who lives in the same building as your student and is available to meet with your student to help them resolve problems. The easiest way for your student to contact their RHC is usually through the front desk of their residence hall.
